When?

Course dates are 23rd February to 22nd March. Every Monday, starting 23rd February, a recording will be released. The recording will cover the themes, information and practices for you to do in your own time. Every Wednesday at 6:30pm, starting 25th February, there will be a one hour-long live session, including discussions and joint transformational meditative practices. The live sessions will be recorded for those who want to catch up in their own time.

Online via Zoom. You’ll also be invited to join a Facebook community where Zoom links, recordings and information will be released, and where we can connect in a mutually supportive way.
